Business Hours
Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT). Shipping cut off time is 1pm for orders to be shipped the same business day (only if there is a lower processing time - this is not guaranteed). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

Non bulk items: Non-Bulk items are defined as flower quantities under 28 grams, gummies, prerolls, and concentrates. Multiples of flower of 28 grams or less are defined as non-bulk. These can be shipped via either USPS or UPS. USPS shipping options are priority only at a flat-rate shipping cost. UPS shipping costs determined based on weight and delivery location.

Bulk Products: Orders containing bulk products will be shipped exclusively via UPS. A signature from an adult is required for delivery of bulk flower items. Shipping costs for bulk products are also determined by weight and location. Bulk items are ¼ pound, ½ pounds, 1 pound, and prerolls. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages
goldcbd.com and goldcanna.com is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We're happy to assist you in that process if needed.
