Orders that haven't been fulfilled yet can be cancelled. Email support@goldcanna.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order is marked Fulfilled, it has shipped and can't be cancelled. If you still want to cancel, you can refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. See our Refund Policy.

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check it. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the cost to reship it.

THCA is a naturally occurring compound in hemp. When it's heated, by smoking, vaping or dabbing, it converts to THC, which produces intoxicating effects.

Our hash rosin gummies contain 12.5mg THC per gummy, and our Delta-9 gummies contain 10mg Delta-9 THC per gummy. Each product page lists the strength per gummy and the count per bag.

Yes. Our products are third-party lab tested, with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from federally accredited labs. You'll find the COA in the photos on each product page. If you don't see one, email support@goldcanna.com and we'll send it.

Our products are derived from USA-grown hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary, and we don't ship to states where THCA is illegal (see "Which states do you not ship to?" above).
