Stop The Hemp Ban June 2025

A new bill in Congress threatens to eliminate nearly every product on our site.

Rep. Andy Harris (MD) has added a last-minute amendment to a federal funding bill that would ban all hemp products containing “quantifiable amounts” of THC.

This includes THCa flower, rosin, full-spectrum CBD—even products with trace, non-intoxicating amounts could be outlawed.

Our mission is to provide our customers with clean, high-quality cannabis hemp products. This bill will once again create uncertainty and inconsistency in the national demand for these products. This bill does not protect anyone. It represents outdated, fear-based policymaking aimed at dismantling small farms and small businesses across the US. Forcing those that rely on these products to go without or complicate their access to safe products.
